PACKAGING

Your jewelry will be shipped in a high quality paper-covered and cotton-filled box suitable for giftgiving without the need for further wrapping, at no additional cost.

SHIPPING

One or more jewelry pieces will be shipped to a single address anywhere in the continental U.S. for a flat shipping charge of $12.50. For international shipping, please email us at . Please allow 10-14 days for shipping, as each piece is handmade for you. Priority or express shipping is available upon request.

RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your purchases. Unworn jewelry may be returned in original condition in the original box in which it was shipped to you for any reason within 8 days of your receipt of your jewelry for a merchandise credit. Shipping fees are not refundable.

Our workmanship is guaranteed, and items may be returned due to a genuine defect in workmanship witin 90 days for replacement or refund at our discretion. This does not include damage due to misuse or abuse of the jewelry by the purchaser (see section on jewelry care) or accidental damage by the purchaser. In the event of damage not due to our workmanship, a charge will apply for repair, and the purchaser should email us to arrange an agreed-upon repair and charge before returning the jewelry.

We are not responsible for returns lost in the mail, and strongly recommend that you insure your return package.

PRIVACY & SECURITY

All information you provide to us will be used ONLY by us. We will never sell, rent or divulge your information to any other company or entity. We guard your privacy as we would our own. If it is necessary to contact you about your purchase, we will do so by email unless otherwise instructed. From time to time we may send you an email announcing new designs or special discounts, unless you instruct us not to by checking the box to decline this on your order form. We use a secure shopping cart and payment method to provide you with safe online shopping, and we do not keep a record of your credit card number.
